Lamb Tagine with Honey, Prunes, Onions and Toasted Almonds with Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Lamb gentle cooked with onions, honey and prunes and topped with toasted almonds.  Made with onions, lamb, saffron, honey, turmeric, cinnamon, mace, prunes, cilantro, olive oil, salt, pepper, sweet potatoes and almonds.  Meal is low glycemic index, dairy free, casein free, gluten free and no garlic.
