White Bean and Chicken Chili

This low fat, low glycemic, non-dairy chili will warm you up.  Made with a tiny amount of veggie oil, chicken breasts, onions, garlic, green chilis, cumin, white beans, home made chicken stock, salt and pepper.  Can be served with some sour cream or yogurt on top.

    Good question!!! Pick up is Tues and Thurs between 4 and 6 in Stevenson Ranch. Pick up is also from 9am to noon at my kitchen on Ruether, behind Home Depot. I do deliver to Castaic M-Th at 3 by the Jack in the Box in the Hasley Crossroads Center. Email me for more info!
